On plastic case, impressed: "UL (logo in circle) GENERAL (company logo of GE in circle) ELECTRIC/CLOCK/MODEL 2HA48/VOLTS 115 CVC 60 W2/Ashland, MASS. MADE IN U.S.A./GENERAL ELECTRIC CO."
