Anthony Baus (b. 1981) is an American artist. He trained first at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where he earned a BFA. He then worked as an apprentice at BLDG.51 in Chicago, Illinois, a collection dedicated to architectural salvage and documentation. He then enrolled at the Grand Central Atelier (GCA) in New York. GCA’s training is rooted in a Renaissance artistic tradition. Baus received a formative education at the GCA, honing his skills as a draftsman of contemporary realism and mastering traditional techniques.
