Radio-phonograph consisting of three main components: a rectangualr, white plastic-laminated plywood body (a) on black inverted T-form base with four casters, the front with controls arranged to suggest a human face, its “eyebrows” represented by arched tuning scales, the “eyes” being the AM and FM dials, the “teeth” a row of square push buttons, and the “chin” a row of circular knobs. Two square white speakers (b,c) as “ears”, the fronts pireced with a series of circular holes, sit on the main body, and can be removed to reveal a turntable under a clear acrylic cover. Speakers can be hung from brackets on the sides of the main body, or sit separately from it.
