Joe Doucet

Joe Doucet was born in Houston, TX but grew up in Terrell, TX outside of Dallas. He graduated in 1999 with a degree in Communication Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Though he began working in graphic design, he quickly discovered that he was more interested in designing objects rather than just the product packaging. Doucet went on to establish Joe Doucet Studio, a design firm based in New York and London. His work extends across media—from furniture to electronics to toys—and for a variety of well-known clientele, including BMW, Procter & Gamble, Whirlpool, and Braun, among others.
