Chef De Piece (France)

This is a chef de piece. It was company: Jacques de Mainville. We acquired it in 1994. Its medium is plain weave cotton and its technique is block-printed with blocks for two reds, black, two purples, brown and mustard. edges of blocks visible in picotage areas. It is a part of the Textiles department.
