It has the following markings

Printed on one side, "PATENTED U.S. PAT. OFF. BRITISH AMERICAN AMBULANCE CORPS PERMIT - 10% OF ALL FABRIC SALES DONATED." Woven label sewn on, "Saks Fifth Avenue."
