This is a Band. It is dated 19th–early 20th century and we acquired it in 1972. Its medium is glass beads, cotton and its technique is glass beads threaded onto cotton cords, cords change direction when two cords pass through the same bead as a means of holding together as a fabric. It is a part of the Textiles department.
