Woman's Belt (Guatemala)

This is a Woman's belt. It is dated 20th century and we acquired it in 1969. Its medium is cotton, rayon and its technique is 3/1:1/1 alternating float weave with supplementary wefts and warp-faced plain weave along each side. It is a part of the Textiles department.
