Dress Panel (France)

This is a Dress panel. It was designed by Hector Guimard and made by Maison Coudyser. It is dated 1909 and we acquired it in 1949. Its medium is silk and its technique is embroidered using chain (tambour), stem, satin, padded satin, speckling, and knotted stitches on silk net foundation. It is a part of the Textiles department.
