Trembleuse Saucer Saucer, ca. 1725

This is a saucer. It was manufactured by Chantilly Porcelain Manufactory. It is dated ca. 1725 and we acquired it in 1906. Its medium is soft paste porcelain, vitreous enamel. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

It is credited Museum purchase through gift of Mrs. John B. Trevor.

H x diam.: 2.2 × 12 cm (7/8 × 4 3/4 in.)

It has the following markings

Underside: [1] a hunting horn, painted in red overglaze (manufactory mark)
