Willie Norris

Willie Norris is a Brooklyn-based fashion designer and LGBTQ+ activist. She is the founder and creative director of WILLIENORRISREWORKSHOP, which began in 2018 as a means of producing design projects with collaborators and clients including Brooklyn Liberation, Helmut Lang, AWAY, MoMAPS1, Le Tigre and Planned Parenthood of Greater New York. She is the acting Design Director for ready-to-wear brand Outlier, founded in 2008, where she reapproaches utilitarian menswear. Prior to Outlier, she worked on the design teams of Zero + Maria Cornejo and Isaac Mizrahi, and interned with Susan Cianciolo and Camilla Staerk.
