Ben Rose, Inc.

Ben Rose ran the business with Helen Stern as business manager until Stern's death in 1985. In 1987, Rose entered into a partnership with Mobelstoffweberei AG, and in 1990 with G&T Industries of Grand Rapids. In 1994 the business and its name were sold to Hazel Siegel, who retained the rights to the name and to produce the fabrics. Ben Rose stayed on as a consultant until his retirement in 1994.
