Double paged book plate with a wooden painter's palette facing downwards to the left corner taking the majority of the two pages. Splodges of paint in various sizes, in black, peach, scarlet, grey, pale blue, aubergine and white are distinguished by the letters P, D, A, O, E, F, G, H, I, B, M, N, L. In the upper right corner the words [Première Planche], meaning [First Plate] is written in script in brown ink.
