Model, Hello

This is a Model. It is dated 2016–17. Its medium is perforated aluminum, acrylic, gauze, 3d-printed resin, and led, recreated for exhibition; staged 2016–17, adele world arena and stadium tour . It is a part of the department.

“As the lights lowered to the opening chords of ‘Hello,’ Adele rose slowly into view. Her enormous projected eyes opened as soon as she sang the first line. This tour and our subsequent collaborations were all studies in close-up portraiture.”
