Model, Innocence + Experience

“For U2’s Innocence + Experience arena tour, a transparent LED block was suspended in the stadium. It divided the crowd when lowered and unified them when lifted. U2’s band members inhabited chalk-drawn animations as protagonists among the pixels. Developed in collaboration with the director Willie Williams and Ric Lipson from Stufish, the luminous block pressured the four men like cornered wolves from above.”
