This is a Fruit bowl. It was designed by Ludwig Lobmeyr and manufactured by J. & L. Lobmeyr GmbH.

This object is not part of the Cooper Hewitt's permanent collection. It has been able to spend time at the museum on loan from J. & L. Lobmeyr GmbH.

We acquired it in 2009. Its medium is mouth-blown crystal, facet-cut and polished. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
