Grand Prix Fish Knife

This is a Fish knife. It was designed by Kay Bojesen and manufactured by Rosendahl and made by Kay Bojesen. It is dated 1980 and we acquired it in 1992. Its medium is stainless steel. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

Overall: 19 x 2.1 cm (7 1/2 x 13/16 in.)

It has the following markings

(a-z, except f) On reverse of shaft stamped: symbol for designer, "KAY BOJESEN/ STAINLESS DENMARK/ COPYRIGHT", a crown with a cross. Exceptions: (e) no crown. (f) symbol of an entwined M and V, "STAINLESS/ MOTALA VERKSTAD/ SWEDEN", a small plant inside of a shield. (g-l, p,q, t-v, y, z) some spoons engraved, not stamped.
