Paper label stapled to edge, "Maria Kipp, Los Angeles, Calif." Reverse side of label, "DESIGN 9358-13766, MINIMUM ORDER 15, FIBER CONTENT Cotton, Rayon, Linen & Metallic" (label was removed to research file, slides taken before it was removed)
