Plate (Germany), 1928–30

This is a plate. It was attributed to Eva Zeisel and manufactured by Schramberger Majolikafabrik. It is dated 1928–30 and we acquired it in 1996. Its medium is glazed earthenware. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Victor Wiener. It is credited Gift of Victor Wiener.

Its dimensions are

H x diam.: 2.7 x 21.4 cm (1 1/16 x 8 7/16 in.)

It has the following markings

On bottom of plate in black, initials "SMF" contained in a shield surrounded by "SCHRAMBERG", "GERMANY", and "29"
