On the bottom of the page is a study in black ink with white details of a formal garden. There is illegible writing in the foreground with two niches with sculptures in the front, a pathway leads between the niches to a fountain surrounded by walls and four conical shaped trees drawn in black and white ink, around that is a pathway and high walls enclosing the entire garden on three sides open to the front. There is a person drawn for scale walking on the left side of the path. Behind the walls are lines and brush strokes to illustrate tall trees and bushes. Above towards the left is a graphite study of one of the niches in the front of the garden. There is a sculpture on a pedestal surrounded on three sides by a curved base from which rises a half domed niche which appears to be a type of lattice. In the right top corner is a study of the fountain in black ink with some graphite. The fountain is low in the center with a circular form around with black cubes and uncolored curved pieces placed together creating a pool. There is some illegible writing below the study.
