Lettered in plate, lower center: LE PONT ROIAL DES THUILERIES, basti avec beaucoup de solidité par le Sr. Gabriel, est long de 72 toises et large de 8 toises 4 pieds, compris/ ses banquettes de 8 pieds chacune : les issües en sont ouvertes par des pans coupés et les 4 piles ont chacune 14 pieds de large : les Arches sont en anse de panier / et celle du milieu a 12 tois d’ouverture, les deux suivantes chacune 11 tois et celle des culées 10 tois. Cet ouvrage fut commencé l’an 1685 et achevé en 1687 malgré / les difficultez qu’il y eut a le fonder. Il est du dessein de Mr. Mansart Premier Architecte du Roy.; lettered lower left : 1.
