A rectangular watercolor and ink textile design filled with large shells against a background swimming with various tropical fishes. The white shells – a mix of types, including spiraling nautilus, spiny murex, and twisting conch – are finely outlined and detailed with black ink, in stippled and hatched lines. Very pale greyish-blue watercolor washes accent the shells, suggesting volume or depth. The seafoam green watercolor background is densely filled with pale blue watercolor fishes accented with black details, and peppered with tiny black fish. The fish are a mix of types and sizes including a spade-shaped angelfish, bulbous-eyed lionfish, and slim barracuda. Smaller fish swirl among the larger fish in the space around the shells, and even swim over them in some places. This contrasts with the tidy layout of the several vertical shells, pointing up and down. The overall pattern has a lively sense of undulating movement with a cool, restrained color palette.

Drawn textile design consisting of white rhinoceroses outlined in black from a variety of positions and angles, some upside down, some face on, some cut by the edges of the drawing, and some the right way up. Their bodies are covered in elaborate black-outlined patterns, including stylized foliage and flowers accented with green, black dots and green blotches. Small mint green dots trace the outlines of the rhinoceroses, who appear to float against a forest green ground.

Drawn textile design composed of magenta-pink, canary-yellow and terracotta-orange leaves of varying sizes. The magenta leaves are the largest and have a black, ink-like pattern on them, evocative of leaf venules, the yellow leaves are smaller with their veins drawn in black, whilst the terracotta leaves are the smallest and have only one black stripe down the middle. The leaves are surrounded by small, daisy-like flowers, some white with yellow centers, some white with pink centers and some yellow with orange centers. The leaves and flowers are set against a black ground.

Patchwork-style ink and watercolor design of puffin heads and bodies in varying sizes and orientations, each contained within an irregular shape. The plump black and white birds have round orange eyes, triangular orange and yellow beaks, orange feet, and some pale grey shading. The watercolors are freely painted, sometimes overlapping the black outlines. The small puffins are posed in various ways, with wings waving, spread back, or close at their sides. The puffin heads are drawn much larger than the small birds, with their prominent striped beaks emphasized. The borders around each puffin depiction are drawn to fit its shape or pose. The red-orange and yellow colors of the birds repeat as solid color background patches, mixed with black and grey patterned patches. The patches are grey with fine black stripes; white with black dots; or white with broad grey curving lines. The colors and patterns are evenly distributed over the page, creating a sense of movement in the design.

Drawn, watercolor textile design made up of several varieties of flowers in crimson, pale fushia pink, sky-blue, white and violet, with gold and forest-green leaves. The flowers crowd the design taking up almost the whole composition, leaving only a few bare pieces of white ground. The crimson flowers appear to be the largest, while the violet flowers are the smallest, possibly violas. Other recognisable varieties include lillies in pink and white, aliums in sky blue, roses and chrysanthemums in pale fushia pink, alongside blossom and primroses in an assortment of colors.

Horizontal rectangular floral textile design in black ink and yellowy green watercolor on white paper. The page is filled with finely-outlined large white flowers blooming among fronds of curling green foliage. The background is inked in black, with irregular white margins around the petals and leaves. The flowers are in varying stages of bloom and face different directions. Their pointed, layered petals surround centers filled with feathery black stamens. The blossoms seem to burst forth from the long narrow curling leaves surrounding them. Long scaled flower buds are nestled among the leaves. The flowers are finely outlined, some shaded with hatched lines. Much of the foliage is outlined with dotted lines, creating texture in the design. There are faint graphite underdrawings, with [TOP] penciled in the top left corner. The green-yellow watercolor is applied in free, gestural strokes, adding to the overall sense of movement throughout the design.
